Who We Are
Jeff Armstrong, CPA brings over 30 years of experience in community development, consulting and financial performance. Prior experience includes his role as CFO of the Alys Beach on the East end of Highway 30A where under his leadership it was awarded numerous national awards including Urban Land Institute's highest honor. For over 10 years Jeff has served his clients here on 30A and his experience includes real estate development companies, national lodging brands, construction companies, restaurants and many small businesses. He started his career in public accounting in Birmingham, Alabama and began his interest in real estate development while managing the many real estate projects at Buffalo Rock Pepsi. Jeff is a passionate advocate and former board member of the Seaside Theatre and Connect Our Kids, a non-profit organization using intelligent software to dramatically improve the process of finding families for foster children.
